Is Kanimanabu Free?
Yes, KaniManabu is free, but there are limitations. Developing an open source app, especially on Apple devices cost money. Therefore, there is a deck limit of three, which should be enough for an average user. The proceeds will cover the development and infrastructure (server and cloud-services) cost.

I am getting an error message about iCloud/iCloud Drive Not Enabled? Do I need an iCloud account?
While KaniManabu can work without an iCloud account or iCloud Drive disabled, it has limitations. You won’t be able to have new cards added to the queue automatically. You would need to do that manually. Additionally, Vacation Mode, when implemented won’t be available until an iCloud account is added or iCloud Drive is enabled. This is because this app heavily depends on iCloud to sync your decks and progress across your devices.
